One tail extends farther down the chest and carries a line of round diamonds. The shorter tail has a smooth surface, giving Wavy Bow Necklace an uneven outline beneath its central knot.

The bow has two open loops rather than filled ribbon shapes. Smooth and stone-set sections trace their edges, while a small central knot connects the loops above the two curved tails.

I needed this before I left Mumbai for a family visit. The tracking stopped changing, and my message asking for an update didn't get an answer until after I left. The necklace arrived while I was away. I couldn't use it for the visit anymore. Can I return it?
