The upper circle carries the round lab-grown diamonds. Twin Loop Studs combine that textured edge with a smooth lower loop, and both circles remain open at the centre.

The loops overlap vertically, with one lower than the other. Twin Loop Studs sit at the lobe, and the smooth lower circle extends just beneath its edge.
