Take off your silver or gold-plated silver before you shower, swim, exercise or sleep. Put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear, then keep it in its pouch away from damp. Your first polish is on us. After that, send it back any time for servicing at a small fee.

Birthday snag

Sister liked her birthday ring, especially the split near the centre. Trouble is one edge catches her work shirt cuff. She tried another shirt, happened again. I told her not to keep testing it on her nice clothes. We sent the team a photo and explained which side does it. She wants to wear this regularly, that's why I chose a simple ring, so we need them to check that edge.
