Take off your silver or gold-plated silver before you shower, swim, exercise or sleep. Put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear, then keep it in its pouch away from damp. Your first polish is on us. After that, send it back any time for servicing at a small fee.

Nice look, tricky clasp

Scalloped edge is nice, that bit I like a lot. Getting one hoop shut though, takes several goes. Other side no problem. Made a video and sent to the team because I cannot explain why it sticks. Hope they can fix it. Once closed it stays put, but I want both to work the same.
