Take off your silver or gold-plated silver before you shower, swim, exercise or sleep. Put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear, then keep it in its pouch away from damp. Your first polish is on us. After that, send it back any time for servicing at a small fee.

Cannot wear them

one hoop will not stay shut. it opened twice just while i was trying it on at home so i have packed both away. sent a video to support yesterday. i want a working replacement, this pair is no use to me as it is.

LOVE the round settings, much more my thing than plain hoops and comfortable enough on my ears that I wore them through office and then dinner without wanting to remove them.
