Do Twisted Cushion Drops have an open upper section?
A narrow opening runs through the twisted top of each earring. Round diamonds line its curves, and a connecting ring separates that top from the wider cushion setting below.
How is the cushion centre framed in Twisted Cushion Drops?
A halo of round lab-grown diamonds surrounds the cushion centre. Four visible prongs hold the larger stone near its corners, giving Twisted Cushion Drops a rounded square outline beneath the twist.
