Round Twist Ring has curved shoulders beside its centre, while the back is smooth. The twist belongs to the front of this lab-grown diamond ring.
How are the smaller stones arranged on Round Twist Ring?
Two small stones sit on a tapered panel on each side of the centre of Round Twist Ring. Six prongs hold the larger round stone, which is the highest point at the front.

The ring arrived two days later than the delivery estimate. I wasn't buying it for an event, but I did stay home on the expected day to receive it. The twist design is nice. I'd like the delay checked.
