Do Pearl Bow Studs have a flat ribbon outline?
Pearl Bow Studs has layered ribbon loops that curl around a raised central knot. Some loops extend upward and others turn sideways, so the bow has a folded shape above the round pearl.
Where does the pearl sit on Pearl Bow Studs?
The pearl sits directly beneath the knot and lower ribbon loops. Pearl Bow Studs keeps that round shape close to the bow at the earlobe, without a long chain between the two elements.

I ordered Pearl Bow Studs, but the parcel contained triangle studs. I checked my order confirmation before writing this. I've already emailed support with my order number and the names of both designs. Please check the mismatch. I still want the bow design I selected, but I need to know what happens next.
