Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be requested and must be initiated within 10 days via the website or app using your Order ID. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. An unboxing video (from sealed state) is required for missing item claims. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification — to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via UPI/bank transfer for COD.
