Is Marquise Drape Ring one band or a stack of separate rings?
It is one design with three curved bands joined around a marquise lab-grown diamond. The upper and lower bands have smooth surfaces, while the middle carries smaller stones beside the pointed centre.
Which direction does the centre of this lab-grown diamond ring face?
The marquise extends lengthways along the finger, with one point towards the fingertip and the other towards the hand. Its long axis crosses the three bands, so the centre and bands run in different directions.

There were two identical rings in the parcel although I paid for one. I emailed a photo showing both. They're still in the box because I don't know what I'm supposed to do with the extra one. I would like a clear answer before using either.
