Navratri 2026 runs from Sunday 11 October to Monday 19 October. The colours run orange, white, red, royal blue, yellow, green, grey, purple and peacock green. Three light designs, clear diamond drops, a green gemstone pair and a yellow gemstone pair, cover six of the nine days.
Monday's white kurta has two appointments, the desk and the dance floor. Keep the earrings the same. There are two Mondays in this year's calendar, and I would rather plan around repeat wear than buy nine designs for nine colours. Your outfit can do most of the colour work.
Navratri 2026 dates and the colour for each day
Sharad Navratri begins with Ghatasthapana on Sunday 11 October and ends on Monday 19 October. Dussehra, or Vijayadashami, follows on Tuesday 20 October 2026. The table pairs each date with one design, including repeats, so you can see what to wear before deciding what to buy.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sunday 11 October | Orange | Honey Drop Studs |
| 2 | Monday 12 October | White | Pebble Chain Drops, Sterling Silver |

See the live design pages for current prices, inclusive of 3% GST as checked on 7 October 2026. Each design comes in Sterling Silver, Gold-Plated Silver or Rose Gold-Plated Silver at the same price. Every finish uses 925 sterling silver. Gold-Plated Silver means plated sterling silver.
Why the colours change every year
The weekday on which Navratri begins sets the first colour, then the other eight days follow a fixed cycle. A Sunday start gives 2026 its orange opening. Keep this year's dates beside the list rather than reusing a saved colour chart from another year.
The colour list is a modern custom, not a scripture rule, and some regions follow other lists.
Sharada Navaratri is the autumn Navaratri, beginning on the first day of the bright fortnight of Ashvin. In Gujarat, evenings include arti followed by garba, as the Navaratri overview describes. That evening context is why I start with how a design feels when you move.
Three designs, six days
My starting set is Honey Drop Studs, Pebble Chain Drops and Falling Leaves Drops. Honey covers orange and yellow, Pebble covers white and grey, and Falling Leaves covers green and peacock green. You can repeat each pair twice without asking it to match a different gemstone colour.
Together, the three pairs cost ₹40,000 and cover six of the nine days, which leaves red, royal blue and purple to a gemstone design you already own or to clear lab-grown diamonds.
That total is not an entry fee. Buy the design you'd repeat most. I'd skip a fourth purchase made only to tick Tuesday's red box. Clear diamonds leave the colour to your clothes.
The coloured gems here are man-made gemstones beside lab-grown diamonds. A coloured design's total carat figure does not mean that the entire weight is diamond.
Day by day, without nine new purchases
Orange on Sunday 11 October
Raayaa has no orange gemstone in the range. Wear the orange outfit with Honey Drop Studs in Gold-Plated Silver instead. The pear-shaped yellow gemstones sit inside pointed lab-grown diamond borders. Warm yellow beside orange is a pairing, rather than an exact match.
White on Monday 12 October
Pebble Chain Drops are my Monday choice in Sterling Silver. They have clear lab-grown diamonds. Keep them on for garba if they're still comfortable.
Red on Tuesday 13 October
With a dupatta in the plan, I'd put the red on a hand. Red Marquise Eternity Ring has red marquise gemstones with lab-grown diamonds. A ring stays out of the way of the fabric.
Royal blue on Wednesday 14 October
Blue Halo Necklace alternates lab-grown diamonds with oval blue gemstones around an open circle. It is the necklace choice for a royal-blue outfit. If you prefer earrings, repeat your clear drops and let the outfit carry all the blue.
Yellow on Thursday 15 October
Repeat Honey Drop Studs. Yellow Lantern Necklace is an option if you'd rather wear the colour at your neck. Its framed yellow cushion gemstone sits with lab-grown diamonds. Choose one according to the outfit, rather than buying both for Thursday.
Green on Friday 16 October
Falling Leaves Drops alternate green gemstones with slanted lab-grown diamond bars. These drops move, so try them for a full song at home before a three-hour garba. If they feel uncomfortable, wear the green in your outfit and repeat the clear drops.
Grey on Saturday 17 October
Pebble Chain Drops return in Sterling Silver. For a ring instead, Cross Domed Ring has clear lab-grown diamonds. Sterling Silver suits grey. Rest your ears.
Purple on Sunday 18 October
Purple Pear Studs are the only purple design in the range. A purple gemstone sits inside layered lab-grown diamond frames. Buy them if purple belongs in your wardrobe after Sunday. Otherwise, clear diamonds do the job.
Peacock green on Monday 19 October
Falling Leaves Drops cover this final colour, too. For a blue-and-green combination, Green Lariat Necklace pairs with Blue Petal Hoops. The necklace has a green pear-shaped gemstone beside a short line of lab-grown diamonds. The hoops have blue marquise gemstones with lab-grown diamonds.
That combination costs ₹19,800. It's an alternative for someone who wants both colours, not another purchase to add to the three-design set. For Monday's desk, choose whichever design you can wear comfortably through the workday.
Garba-proof and Monday-proof
For garba jewellery, I put comfort ahead of the colour match. Try your drops with a few turns at home, and notice whether they pull your lobes or catch the fabric. If they bother you, choose studs or a ring instead.
Wear for movement
- Choose light drops that feel comfortable when you turn.
- Wear studs or a ring when a dupatta could catch a longer design.
- Repeat clear diamonds when the day's colour has no match in your jewellery.
Leave at home
- Drops that pull your lobes before the first dance.
- A design that catches your dupatta during a trial turn.
- A new purchase whose only purpose is one colour on the calendar.
Try the outfit and jewellery together before you leave. Take it off before you sleep, and put it back on for Monday's desk.
Order for the date you can actually receive
The delivery estimate is 10 to 12 days from your order, depending on the pincode, and ready designs ship in 4 to 5 business days. An order on 9 October would arrive around 19 to 21 October on that estimate. That's the final day of Navratri or after it.
Check your pincode's estimate at checkout. Wear what you own for the early days, and choose any new design with Diwali on 8 November 2026 and later wear in mind. Shipping is free across India on every order, with cash on delivery at no extra charge on orders under ₹10,000.
