Is White Swan Necklace white across the whole swan?
The mother-of-pearl fills the swan's body, while the curved neck is plain metal. White Swan Necklace also has outlined feather shapes beside the inlay and lab-grown diamonds along the underside, rather than a completely white silhouette.
Where does the chain meet this lab-grown diamond necklace's swan?
The chain passes through a small loop above the swan's head. That connection places the bird below the chain's lowest point, with its curved neck above the wider body and its tail to one side.

Is the White Swan Necklace 16 inches? I prefer a longer chain for the way I dress, and this length doesn't suit me. Can I request a longer one? I haven't contacted support yet.

The swan is sweet, but after trying it with my clothes I realised I prefer abstract shapes. This one is too playful for my taste. Can I request a return? I haven't written to support yet.
