The pendant's bow points down the chest, rather than spreading sideways. Its polished waist divides two flared sections of lab-grown diamonds, with a stone-set end above the waist and another below.

The bow extends underneath its attachment to the chain. A narrow centre separates the upper and lower ends, giving this lab-grown diamond necklace an upright outline instead of a broad horizontal span.
