Folded Heart Necklace combines an open section with a broad, smooth strip that crosses diagonally. The cut-out sits to one side of the strip, leaving an asymmetrical heart with both open and solid areas.
Where are the diamonds on Folded Heart Necklace?
Round lab-grown diamonds trace the upper-left curve and the lower-right edge of Folded Heart Necklace. The broad diagonal surface between those rows remains smooth, separating the stone details instead of enclosing the entire outline.

I like it with my denim shirt and the heart sits nicely. But this was a big spend for me, and I couldn't find a clear answer on the page about what the metal is or whether it's plated. That uncertainty is why it's four, not five.
